Although it is our intention to deliver first rate, friendly service, occasionally there are situations beyond our control. These guidelines and policies are simply a way to help us help you when there is a problem.
Pricing
All prices presented throughout hipline.org are in Canadian Dollars. We may offer USD prices in the future.

Making a Purchase
You may purchase and ship packages to the country of your choice. Please see our detailed shipping fees chart below.
USA Shipping
When purchasing from Hip Line, you can be sure you will receive your package on time based on the shipping method you choose. If for some reason hipline.org chooses to use a private shipping company, we will take care of all additional charges .
International Shipping (outside Canada & USA)
When shipping internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes however it is unlikely to occur for personal small packages. Note: hipline.org does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, you will be presented with an invoice for which you are responsible. For more information regarding your country's policies, please contact your local customs office.

Order Confirmation
When you have successfuly placed your order, you will be presented with a summary of your order and you will also be sent an email confirmation of your order. If you require assistance, feel free to contact us.
Gift Certificates
Our gift certificates are a great way to say "I love you"...and fast! That's why they are only available online. Once you purchase a gift certificate, hipline.org will email you a confirmation email which will be followed by a SECOND email providing you with the secret code to redeem this certificate. At the same time, your loved one will receive the same information announcing this great surprise. Their email will include a nice image of the gift certificate and the secret code.
** Please note: at check out you will be asked to fill in a mandatory field asking for your shipping information. Please fill in your info in order to continue with checkout; however, you can expect your gift certificate to be emailed to your friend/family member, not shipped.
Cancellations
If for some reason you wish to cancel your purchase, we will give you 24 hours to do so from the time your order was placed. We can not refund your money; however you will get a store credit good for 6 months. Please be sure to be decisive when making a purchase. Cancellations make online store operation complex. An order is not considered cancelled until you receive a confirmation email of cancellation .
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Store credit is good for 6 months. Please note: purchasers are reponsible for shipping charges when returning items to hipline.org
All items reurned must be in mint condition: No stains, no breaks in fabric, no stretched spots. All tags must be attached, no body odor and sweat spots. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is in an unusable condition.
Please get a return authorization (RA)number from us before shipping your item. Simply contact us and explain your situation. Items returned to us must be insured and trackable. Please use this method when shipping back the item to us.
If your item has arrived in poor condition please notify us within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to do so in order to have your case dealt with in the appropriate way.
Please note: Shipping damages are not hipline.org's responsibility and we have no control over the shipping process once it leaves our warehouse. It is our shipper's responsibility to cover damages. Please keep all receipts and package the way it was received, email us and describe your situation. We will then review your case and instruct you what to do next.
Sales and Clearances
All purchases of sale items, specials and clearance items are FINAL. You may change your size,if in stock,change to another style and/or keep your credit for 30 days from time of purchase. Please note : quantities are limited in all sales and clearances.
